Yes, all items can be returned within 28 days as long as this is in line with our returns conditions.
You have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned through no fault of Spare and Square (eg: you selected the wrong colour) will be subject to a 20% processing fee (non negotiable), and the cost of postage will also be deducted from any refund amount.
To start a return, please login to your account, locate the order you would like to return and then select the request a return button. Fill in the information and await instructions from ourselves.
